Q: I am not able to access content that I have been able to see in the past. What do I do?
A: Here are a couple things to try, in this order.
- Logout and then log back in. Sometimes your browser is caching old credentials and this will resolve it.
- Clear your browser cache. Sometimes those browsers are stubborn and just don’t give up their cookies. Logout, clear the cache and log back in.
- Submit a support ticket. It could be that you don’t have access after all.
Q: I can’t login. I put the password that was sent to me in email but it doesn’t work.
A: No problem. On the side bar there is a ‘Forgot your password?‘ link. Just enter your email address and you will receive a link to change your password.
Q: How do I change my password if I am already logged in?
A: Visit the Customer Center, then go to Account Info and enter your new password. However, we prefer the forget password method above. Either way you will need to make sure you log out because it might not let you access stuff properly.
Q: How do I change my username?
A: To change your username, please contact Support@jackkruse.com. You will likely need to logout and then back in for everything to update properly.
Q: How do I update my payment info?
A: Go to the Member Dashboard, enter your email address and select “Change payment type”. You will be emailed a form to fill out to change your payment information.

A: Recordings are only available to members. While we are empathetic, we cannot be responsible for issues or acts of God that interfered with your ability to participate. If you would like to access copies of past webinars, you can buy them in the store or upgrade your membership.
Please note: Dr. Kruse does not answer specific questions or give you feedback on your medical history or labs during an email lab consult. If you want specific input or perspective on your situation, you’ll need to schedule a regular consult.
Q: How do I upgrade my account?
A: Visit to the Member Dashboard, enter your email address and select “Upgrade my account”. You will be emailed a form to fill out to change your upgrade your account.
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: If you are billed via Paypal, you can cancel your subscription in your Paypal account. If you are billed via credit card on the new system, visit the Member Dashboard. Using the drop down menu, you can select “Cancel Membership”.
Q: How do I access past webinars if I’m a Silver or Gold Klub member?
A: All of your available webinars should be available to you in your Membership Email. If you need that email re-sent to you, please visit our Member Dashboard and choose the “Send Webinars” option in the drop-down menu. This will have your available webinars emailed to you directly.
Q: My forum username is taken. How do I change it?
If you had an account on the old forum and are unable to change it after the migration to the current forum then please email support@jackkruse.com with your emails addresses used and the username/handle/alias. Our support team will be able to merge the profiles without any issue for you.
Q: When will the new update to the cookbook be available for download?
We will be releasing the new update to the cookbook in January 2013. We will be sending out an email to all members announcing the release.
Q: I’m having trouble accessing the new forum.
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
First, make sure you reset your password since we could not copy the encrypted ones over. Do that by entering your email address here.
ACCESS DENIED
Second, if you get an ACCESS DENIED error never fear! This is because the old forum used a different database structure than the new system. This should resolve itself over a few days as new posts are made to each forum and group and push the old links off the page.
For example:
http://www.jackkruse.com/forum-2/leptin-rx/research-shows-carbs-fuel-brain-diseases-fat-helps-heal-brain/page-3221/#p64403 will give that error message. That is because PAGE-3221 doesn’t exist.
To fix it you can remove everything after the post name so it becomes http://www.jackkruse.com/forum-2/leptin-rx/research-shows-carbs-fuel-brain-diseases-fat-helps-heal-brain/
Some other things you will want to know about:
1. Private Messages: You can PM somebody from your inbox or from their actual post. Messages will be deleted after 365 days.
2. Check your profile and update it to ensure the information you want to share is visible and the rest is hidden.
3. You can WATCH and SUBSCRIBE to threads. Just note that email notifications may not be received if you are on Hotmail, Yahoo or AOL since they tend to block these server-generated notices automatically.
4. If you see SPAM please click the REPORT button
