It is Dec. 31 here in Europe, and I just want to say Happy New Year to you! Here are some more of my random musings from upcoming blog posts. This new idea for a blog should stimulate you to think and ask better questions to improve your current condition. We all must become aware of what we might not know, because this is often where our truth lies.Continue Reading
Internal Stressors with Dr. Tim Jackson: Zeroing in on the Root Causes of Leaky Gut, Thyroid Issues, Adrenal Fatigue & More
You’ve been treating your “adrenal fatigue” for years, but if you stop your adaptogens, DHEA or other adrenal supplements, you fall apart. You’ve been addressing your leaky gut for a year, but if you stop your probiotics, glutamine, aloe vera, etc., your stomach begins to hurt and you get diarrhea. You gave up gluten, but your thyroid antibodies remain elevated. You can’t seem to warm up despite taking thyroid medication. Your cortisol and DHEA won’t balance, despite correcting your sleep hygiene/circadian cycle. You exercise several days per week, but the more you exercise, the fatter you get. What do all of these things have in common? Internal stressors!Continue Reading

The human genome is the first draft of what we might be, but our life experience within the environment we choose to exist is where the final draft of our book is written. An architect far smarter than us has given us that epigenetic toolbox, and we now have the ability to use it by altering our behaviors to change our lives and reverse diseases.Continue Reading
Today’s blog post is about the three laws of nature for all life anywhere on our planet. These are axiomatic laws not subject to debate, research or your beliefs. All decisions that life has made revolve around these three things. Reducing things to these three things is simple, but the application in how life and evolution has done it is very complex. Today, we begin to unravel the mysteries.Continue Reading
We are all products of our environment. Our genes are the first draft of what we are created to be, but the experience those genes face (epigenetics) is how the novel of our life is really written. This blog is about how this experience begins to unfold in our species.Continue Reading
Today, we begin to examine levee’s 6, 14, and 26 in the Quilt document for the first time. We begin to show examples of these levee’s by examining how the human brain forms and functions in an infant. This example will act as an analogy to help us understand many other processes as the blog series rolls on.
There are many countervailing influences in life that on the surface confuse our intellect. They create the appearance of paradox, enigma, and myths, and mysteries. I find when we look at the world through the hull of a glass-bottom ship, to look through a kaleidoscope at the galaxies that exist on the edge of our mind, we begin to see the sense that nature makes from the chaos of the world. I like the irony that mysteries often create. Today, we are going to use some “other observations” we have all made to show you how the mysteries of our modern world might be solved asking better questions instead of settling for the answers we have been given.
The Human Infant
It is clear in modern medicine now that we can not have optimal human brain development unless we have a secure nutrient rich food supply for both mother and child. This relationship also needs to be maintained postnatally for several years after birth until neuralation is successful. It does appear in modern neurosurgery research that human brain development is programmed genetically to a certain extent, but is more malleable then we thought because of the new science findings of epigenetics. This is also more apparent in humans than other mammals because our brain is so complex that even small changes in functional regions can lead to massive clinical changes that become apparent as the child develops. Autism and spectrum disorders are a good example of this phenomena.Continue Reading
How important is time really to life?
Imagine there is a bank account that credits your account each morning with $86,400. It carries over no balance from day to day. Every evening the bank deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every cent, of course? Each of us has such a bank. It’s name is time.
Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to a good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no over draft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains of the day. If you fail to use the day’s deposits, the loss is yours. There is no drawing against “tomorrow.” You must live in the present on today’s deposits. Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success! The clock is running! Make the most of today.
To realize the value of one year, ask a student who failed a grade. To realize the value of one month, ask a mother who has given birth to a premature baby. To realize the value of one week, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper. To realize the value of one hour, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet. To realize the value of one minute, ask a person who just missed a train. To realize the value of one second, ask someone who just avoided an accident. To realize the value of one millisecond, ask the person who won a silver medal at the Olympics.Continue Reading
“There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other.” – Douglas Everett
What if I were to tell you that Einstein’s “theory of relativity” is not just about time being relative to the observer. What if I told you a core set of beliefs shared by enough people could actually set up an alternative reality and force you to live by its rules. Do you think the laws of quantum mechanics could some how shed light on this? Would you believe it, if I told you I believe it?
Today, we are going to show you just how “thoughts” are quantum endocrine secretions that can do just that.
I want to introduce you to the people of Monza, Italy. In July of 2004, they outlawed round fishbowls for goldfish. When the council members were questioned by the world media about this new law, they stunned many people with their answer even further.
They said the primary reason they passed the law is that they felt that the curved glass confines of the gold fishes existence might cause them to have a distorted view of “reality”. Now on the surface, this story may not have any relevance to you, but I assure you, it does.Continue Reading
Qualia is defined by some as “an unfamiliar term for something that could not be more familiar to each of us: the ways things seem to us.”
Erwin Schrödinger was a famous quantum physicist, and had this counter-materialist take on what qualia really is:
“The sensation of color cannot be accounted for by the physicist’s objective picture of light-waves. Could the physiologist account for it, if he had fuller knowledge than he has of the processes in the retina and the nervous processes set up by them in the optical nerve bundles and in the brain? I do not think so.”
Schrodinger’s statement is hinting at precisely what is ailing the modern sciences in a big way. Observations and the manner in which we study things are being divorced from one another. It is as if all scientist have been trained to think only with their left brain and just ignore the creative observations of their right brain. The problem with this situation is that is has put 50 years of mankind at serious risk in medicine.Continue Reading
Two years ago I gave you the Hormone 101: Clinical thoughts revealed blog post. That was a small dose of reality at the beginning of this journey. There was some foundational hormone biochemistry there given to you in simple terms. Most people jumped all over the free T3 link to pregnenolone in the post. They thought that “their cure” for hypothyroidism and/or chronic pregnenolone steal syndrome was increasing free T3 or just lowering reverse T3 to raise pregnenolone. So what was not observed?
A trip down memory lane for the hormone cascade
Leptin resistance occurs first in the brain. Then insulin resistance happens soon their after in the liver, gut, and peripheral tissues. This eventually leads to adrenal resistance. This resistance occurs at the PVN in the brain. (Brain Gut 16: Adrenal Fatigue Rx) It does not happen in the adrenal gland. What happens is that the outflow from our sympathetic system in the brainstem overwhelms the parasympathetic nervous system. This increase in overall cortisol initially, is the stress hormone that allows for fight or flight syndrome (life or death). As this condition persists chronically over time, cortisol levels decrease and flatline on adrenal stress index testing.Continue Reading
There is so much buzz now in modern healthcare and on the internet about Vitamin D but does anyone really know how it is integrated into our physiology? Most people understand that Vitamin D is tied into our bone’s metabolism and our immune system’s function but there is a lot more to this story. Vitamin D and its receptor, along with Vitamin A and its RXR receptor are among the oldest chemicals life has used to exist in evolutionary biology. This alone tells you how important Vitamin D is for function. Vitamin D is directly modulated by photoelectric effect, which is a foundational law of nature and quantum mechanics. The skin and brain are both derived from neuroectoderm in all animals. In EMF 2, we saw how obesity might be related to an inflammatory condition found in the brain due to a lack of electrons and photons. Today, we are going to examine how Vitamin D works in a quantized fashion.
Many physicians have confided in me that just do not believe that Vitamin D levels are that big of a deal for most patients. When they say that to me, I return a smile. It is not that big a deal for the doctor, but it is a huge clue about what is going on with the patient. For me, it is one of the most critical lab ‘thermostat values’ that tell me about the “preload of their semiconductors” in their skin and body. Yes, it is a quantum signal, to me as a physician. If you remember from the video’s made at Paleo Fx 2011 and our Optimal reset challenge, that I said we can do a quick “biohack” using three labs and tell a lot about the person’s current conditions of existence and where they need to go. Those three labs were the HS-CRP, DHEA, and Vitamin D. So far we covered DHEA in detail in the CPC blog of 6/30/2012 and in the back half of EMF 7. We have covered HS CRP in multiple places. Inflammation is the major signal that all biologic processes and respond to. It is what the hormone panel responds to and it dictates the thermostat for mitochondrial efficiency, signaling, and control of the cell cycle. The inflammatory signal also sets the tone for “tight” circadian control via the adenosine signal.Continue Reading
Dr. Kruse has been talking about doing this webinar for a long time, and it’s finally here: The Sex Prescription! Over the course of the last two years, it’s inevitable that as people are considering their health and “what to do” to create Optimal health, the subject of sexual health comes up. We all want to know: Am I normal? Is there anything else I can be doing to create or enjoy a better sexual response? Are the health challenges I’m facing somehow linked to things like low libido? You’d be amazed at how pretty much every disease known to man is affected in some way by your sexuality. The more leptin resistant you are, the less “good” you are in bed. Pain in your legs, restless leg syndrome, acne and zits, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, all of it is affected by your body’s ability to form or experience a healthy sexual response. According to the latest research, human sexual behavior has changed over the last century, and it’s FASCINATING. We’re going to examine this research in light of the protocols on JackKruse.com and other theories on Quantum Biology. We’ll talk about hormones and brain chemistry, and how everything works together to create love, lust, attraction and long-term love. The […]Continue Reading
The average American chugs nearly 30 gallons of bottled water a year, making it the second-most consumed commercial beverage in the United States. Sadly, it is not the right kind of water most of the time. The environment we evolved into is also in a rapid state of change and decline.
The air, the water, the earth is going to be wasted. The damages can be seen everywhere. Contamination, poisoning, plundering of the earth´s raw-material all break down the life-processes and destroy the energy sources. Our forest’s are dying, the food that we are eating is being destroyed. The quality of our lives is decreasing. This we can see daily, this is a fact well known to everybody even to those who are “vampiring” the nature and to the scientists who are “thinking one octave to low” regarding the natures way of functioning and do not see the large energy-crises that are emerging.
When most people think of water they think of liquid water coming from their tap. Coherent water is a different animal altogether. It is water that is structured to be supremely cooperative in a living biologic system. It allows water to have local interactions with other molecules of water or something else so that the local interactions can have global effects, and this coherence means it is also bidirectional. That means the global effects can effect local interactions. Coherent water is best thought of as the whole of its actions being much greater than the sum of its molecular parts. This is how life uses water.Continue Reading
Who is Gretchen? She is a women I met at Mark’s Daily Apple monster thread two years ago. When we first met she wanted no part of the idea that maybe she was missing more pieces to the puzzle then she knew. I told her back then, if she began to test herself she would learn more about herself than she could ever imagine and it would happen fast. If you read the thread here, you will see where she began her journey. This blog is where her journey has brought her in her battle to reclaim optimal. She is also featured in my latest book on amazon, The Epi-Paleo Prescription and you can read her initial six months into this journey there with 3 other of my members. Gretchen has a blog too. She is a pretty amazing person with an amazing family and story.
Here is how her journey began as written and told by award winning author Colleen Coble in my book:
Gretchen stared at the piece of paper in her hand. The word medically discharged wavered in her vision, and she wheezed through the airways constricted by asthma. Her head was pounding, and her heart rate fluttered even faster than the pulse of pain in her head. It was the end of her military career. Even though she’d known it was coming, seeing it in black and white made her want to sink to the floor and bury her head in her head in her hands.Continue Reading
Today’s blog is not long on science. Consider it my Valentine’s day present for you. It is long on observations made on humans and animals and EMF’s. Most of the observations have been done by Russians and described in their literature. One human experiment done on US foreign soil will be eye opening to you. What EMF does to cells directly is it causes a massive stress response that simulates leptin resistance, a heart attack or a panic attack.
It can affect plants too. The sensations are present while often the labs are completely normal and your doctor remains stumped as you sit in the ER. As time elapses the labs become trashed because the molecular clock no longer is able to work precisely but by that time you are closer to Michael Jackson’s fate than a reversal of health.
There are many forces at play to keep this information from you. If you were to understand its full power the economy of the world would likely collapse. This is why this info is systematically kept from you.Continue Reading
The February Webinar: The Sleep Rx One of the most common disease-promoting conditions we face in western culture is the inability to sleep well. Many, many people report sleep problems that include: Not being able to fall asleep Excessive daytime tiredness Waking frequently to use the restroom Awakening in the morning, feeling exhausted Bad cognitive function – not thinking well or clearly or deeply; fuzzy brain Personality changes – “You don’t seem your normal self.” By the time we’re having trouble sleeping, the train has already gone off the rails–a sign that our circadian biology is really jacked. Many people have accepted poor sleep as a reality of life, or don’t realize how their poor sleep is a major contributing to things like: Schizophrenia Type 2 Diabetes Psoriasis Eczema Acne Adrenal Fatigue Restless Leg Syndrome Diabetic Neuropathy Migraine Headaches Perimenopause Anger issues and more There are a few main reasons our sleep begins to deteriorate in the first place, and during this webinar, we are going to explore how artificial light; non-thermal, pulsed EMF; eating carbs in the winter; concussions; traumatic head / brain injury; and surgery or radiation to the head (including things like CT scans) all can create circadian chaos that interferes with […]Continue Reading
Today EMF-4 is going to hit a very controversial topic. Why do the younger performers perceive they need carbs for performance? For years, I have said loudly, I don’t believe it is true. Over the last 7 years I have begun to understand why their belief exists now. When you suffer from a disrupted circadian clock you perceive you do need carbs.
It has been shown recently that artificial EMF’s make our blood brain barrier and gut more permeable to carbohydrates. The micropulsations of EMF control biocycles, including the timing of mitotic rhythm and the entire cell cycle. Any major change in their frequency would be catastrophic for cells. In fact, today most of the paleo-sphere is unaware that experiments already have been done that have shown that vibrational rates near normal and slightly above the Schumann resonance, from 30-100 Hz, cause dramatic changes in the cell cycle timing.
It turns out, the most powerful shaper of our development may turn out to be the subtlest force, that is completely invisible to us and perturbs the manner in which we handle macronutrients and recycle ATP.Continue Reading
“If you are out to describe the truth, leave elegance to the tailor.” —Einstein
The implications of the last blog, EMF 2 are massive for biology. Those two space experiments show us that time contractions when we lose the sensation of magnetism, and it dilates when we increase it. This implies we can die faster or reverse disease if we understand how it affects us. With this knowledge I knew I could help reverse many neolithic diseases. But it dawned on me on the plane ride home it also might explain how life really began in our oceans.
The irony here, is two days before, I was standing in Rome in the Sistine Chapel showing my son the center panel of Michelangelo’s masterpiece ceiling. It was then I realized I might want to know God’s thoughts. I want to know God’s thoughts in a biologic way……..and the path to that way used an alphabet called evolution.Continue Reading
“You’ve got to work at living… when 99% of the globe works at dying daily; Denial of the truth will lead you into blind alleys. Let go of your paradigm, accept what nature designed, and embrace your ultimate potential” -Gretchen Bronson (starfish)
Why is the clock the most important part of the story of life?
Have you ever had a dream that seems so large in scope, it just seems like it just possibly cannot come to fruition? I have for the last 7 years. Today, I am going to share it with you.
It is time. I believe all dreams come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. It is always easier to make a dollar off a dream, but it is a lot tougher to make a difference with one. I think EMF-2, is going to do just that for everyone.
I told you all last March, on Sean Croxton’s underground internet radio show, and at Paleo FX 2012, that environmental mismatches all cause inflammation. Many of you found it a bold and interesting statement, but I never told you WHY. The reason I did not, was because I did not feel you were ready to understand my perspective, yet. Today that changes. When you do not understand someone’s perspective often times what they say sometimes sounds a bit ‘bizarre’ to you. The reason it does is because you have no frame of reference for understanding, primarily because you were never taught that space/time, might be the most critical factor in understanding trans-generational epigenetic biology today. That is going to change today as well.Continue Reading
