UBIQUITINATION 23: LOOKING BACK FOR A QUANTUM LEAP FORWARD

READERS SUMMARY: DO GENES CONTROL OR RESPOND TO THE ENVIRONMENT? IS CANCER A DISEASE OR A RESPONSE TO A POOR ENVIRONMENT? ARE ALL DISEASE DUE TO LOW OXYGEN LEVELS AND A LACK OF UV LIGHT? HOW DOES A MICROBIOME BECOME ILL? DO YOU WANT TO BUY PRECEPTS OR CONCEPTS?   THE BLOG TAKE AWAY: Understanding that all life is quantized becomes really important in understanding modern diseases like cancer in my view.  Disease today are evidence of environments humans have faced in the last 100,000 generations.  Ubiquitination rates are linked to these changes.  If the changes match the circadian cycles of today we consider that an adaptation.  If they are mismatched to todays’ environment we call it a disease.  This is why having the modern perspective of genetic determinism has hurt modern medicine.  We are looking for defects in the genome, when it is the environment that is the main changing element.  Genes are are controlled by non linear optical signaling as the environment changes.   It is these changes that alter the genome. Our genome is designed to respond to environmental signals, not control them. When you are truly connected to nature, time slowly melts so life gains traction.  The slope […]

UBIQUITINATION 10: BIO-HACKING ROS AND RNS

READERS SUMMARY WHY ARE WE BUILT THE WAY WE ARE? WHY DO WE YAWN? WHY DO WE HICCOUGH? WHY MUST YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT A LOSS OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK CONTROL IS? HOW DO NITROGEN AND OXYGEN MEET IN A QUANTIZED ECOSYSTEM?     Any competent engineer would never build a pipe that’s smaller than the material that’s supposed to go through. But nature, apparently, has done that. Some of the capillaries are smaller in diameter than the red blood cells that pass through them. Why? Pressure stimulates quantum gas release in the absence of oxygen. Hello, H2S, NOS, and CO.  These 3 gases are used when nitrogen and oxygen are uncoupled in your cells. Why should you understand part of a quantum reversal is tied to pressure, free diving, and the 3 quantum gases linked to the mammalian dive reflex?   Cold allows your mitochondria to work for a time in the absence of the oxygen. How  does Cold thermogenesis works in you?  Cold is a synonym for magnetic field strength in your mitochondria because it creates an energy sink in water to create energy flows without any energy inputs needed. Why would your gut be designed with all the weird […]

REDOX Rx 2: BIOHACKING YOUR MRI

READERS SUMMARY:  1. HOW CAN AN IMAGE OF PROTONS TELL US A TON ABOUT YOUR REDOX POTENTIAL IN YOUR CELLS? Today’s blog is stimulated by a challenge I received during the epic 12.5 hour Q & A that occurred after a talk I gave in Pasadena in September. During the period an older radiologist challenged my statement that there was no way that I could look at a MRI image of one of my patients and deduce anything about their diseases, physiology, anatomy, or redox potential. The topic came up because I casually mentioned some of my MRI bio-hacking tricks of the trade to diagnose osteopenia and osteoporosis to another anesthesiologist who was in our group.  I explained to both physicians the more data we can pull out tests already done on patients the better prepared we can be for things we may face in our treatment plans.  The anesthesiologist seemed to get that insight, because he understands in surgery we need to prevent problems before they occur by any means possible to gain extraordinary outcomes.  I wish I could say the same for our radiologist colleague. The radiologist challenged me with his dogma, and not facts. I tried to […]

THE TILTED QUILT: RANDOM MUSING’S #5

Readers Summary 1. Why use pieces of information to explain a whole? 2. How do seemingly disparate facts tie together? 3. Are you aware of some of these things? 4. How might they impact your current situation? 5. What questions are coursing through your mind now after these ideas?   It has been a while since the last tilted Quilt in this series.  On the surface a “quilt” seems a random collection of parts to make a comforter. That is what the undiscerning eye sees. But at its core, the assembled parts begin to act in unison to do something that no single part can do. In concert, Nature only uses the finest threads to weave her patterns, so each small piece of her fabric reveals the organization of the entire tapestry. These random musings are coming from future blogs in the Quilt. Enjoy!   1. Higher levels of H2O2 resulted in lower levels of superoxide anions via a hormetic, adaptive response where SOD is induced. This is one of the best pieces of evidence for hormesis to date. 2. PGC-1alpha turns on the biogenesis of mitochondria primarily in brown fat, working through NRF1, NRF2 and ERRalpha. It promotes fatty […]

TENSEGRITY #7: BLACK HOLE SUN, HERE WE COME

READERS SUMMARY: 1. WHY ARE VITAMIN D LEVELS REALLY IN RETREAT IN OUR MODERN WORLD? 2. WHY SUPPLEMENTING WITH ORAL VITAMIN D BE PROBLEMATIC FOR SOME? 3. HOW IS NATURAL ACTINO-THERAPY SUPPOSED TO WORK USING NATURE? Most people know that Vitamin D is made from certain wavelengths of sunlight in the UVB range. I covered that in detail here. Low Vitamin D levels can be caused by three different clinical scenario’s. One is due to low endogenous Vitamin D levels due to a deficiency in sun or in foods with Vitamin D.  This is rare today.   These cases will have a low vitamin D level with a low to normal calcium level. The second will be a low vitamin D level with a high calcium levels. This is usually due to a parathyroid tumor. This is also rare.   Low Vitamin D levels lead many clinicians say: “your vitamin D is low, and your calcium is a little high, I think you may have secondary hyperparathyroidism due to the low vitamin D, so here is a prescription for 10,000 (or 50,000) units of vitamin D. Take this high dose of vitamin D and come back in 3 months and […]

Energy and Epigenetics 13: Quantum Water Chemistry

Let’s explore how the three basic fundamentals of nature (light, water, magnetism) were thrown into a recipe to make a quantum cell. How “Lady Evolution” assimilated her recipe for life is 100% quantum magic. The fourth part of the equation is what is buried in our DNA and RNA, with respect to water chemistry. This is the one biology knows only “a little bit about.”

Setting Up Your Water System at Home

Last year (2013), right after Dr. Kruse finished the EMF series, he started teaching us about the importance of the quality of our water. And this year, since Dr. Kruse wrote the Energy and Epigenetics 4 blog post on the three laws of nature (framing out the importance of light, WATER and magnetism), y’all have been chomping at the bit, wanting to know what the best water is and how to get it in your own home. We’ve got the answers for you in this blog!

The Redox Rx: How to Improve Your Redox Potential

Redox potential is the gain of electrons in our cells to help energy transmission flow efficiently. Detoxification is directly linked to the redox potential of any cell. In my Redox Rx, I’ll give you a summary of the redox potential to help you understand the concept and steps you can take to improve your redox potential.

Energy and Epigenetics 12: Is Your Battery Charged?

So what is the most important signaling pathway in all life forms for longevity and for optimal health? That is the subject of this blog. The short is answer is the redox potential stored in the membranes, organelles and the exclusion zone of water in cells. I will be bold to say that maintenance of intracellular redox homeostasis is the most important thing to get right to get Optimal.

Energy and Epigenetics 11: Is the Force With You?

Richard P. Feynman said, “For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for nature cannot be fooled.” He was talking about the epic NASA failures during the Challenger disaster in 1986, but it speaks volumes to the modern human condition today. It fits better with our infatuation with non-native EMF from technology gadgets. Nature cannot be fooled, but we certainly can be. In fact, we are the easiest person to be fooled by ourselves. Moreover, some professions are fooled everyday they go to work, and never realize it. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence!

Simple Steps to Reduce EMF Exposure in Your Home or Office

Since Dr. Kruse started talking about EMF in the EMF blog series earlier this year, like many of you, I began wondering how my professional life, specifically my workspace, was impacting my health. As a business owner, being in front of my Macbook or staying connected via my iPhone and iPad is part of my job. I constantly have my hands on a keyboard or am on a conference call with my team or clients. Technology and staying connected is a must.

Energy and Epigenetics 10: The Quantum Puzzle

Most of the science that gets done today gets done within a rigid set of rules applied, where you know exactly who your peers are, and things get evaluated according to a very strict set of standards. That works, when you’re not trying to change the structure. But when you try to change the structure or paradigm of science, that system doesn’t work very well. In fact, you usually make some enemies. Gilbert Ling is an example of somebody who didn’t follow the rules and pissed a lot of people off. He pissed off so many people that they alienated his work, made sure he had no funding to continue on, and then allowed somebody to steal his work and gave that person the Nobel Prize in 2003. Today, we are going to unfold that story, because fundamentally this is why millions are dying from neolithic diseases today.

Energy and Epigenetics 9: Quantum Sleep

Today, I am going to show you how sleep mechanistically really happens in you and all humans. In my view, the modern biology of sleep can be viewed as an emergent property of the physical laws of chemistry, which, in turn, can be viewed as an emergent property of subatomic particle physics and how those particle interact. The interaction of these particles often causes consternation and confusion in people who have a “biologic bent” in their mind’s eye. I suggest if you are one of these people, you begin to embrace the complexity and paradox. Because when you do, you begin to see quantum actions specifically, not driving your own “consensus in thought.”

Energy and Epigenetics 8: Quantum Autism

Thirty years ago, autism affected 1 in 500 children. In recent years, scientists have made extraordinary advances in understanding the causes of autism. Autism now is estimated to afflict 1 in 88 children in the USA. In certain parts of the USA, it is found in 1 in 44 births. But remarkably little of this understanding has percolated into popular awareness, which often remains fixated on vaccination linkage to the disease.
